Change in new member nominations @ membership meeting.

Sponsors will fill out waiting list form with all parties info and give to the secretary prior to the
meeting. The secretary has the form.

At the meeting
Introduce nominees for membership:

1. Sponsoring (2) Members introduce nominee for membership.
2. Nominee talks about themselves.
3. (New part) Sponsors escort nominee out of the meeting, letting them know that they will receive
   an invoice if accepted. This allows the members to vote on nominations individually and do CLUB
   business if needed.
4. Members vote on each nomination one at a time.
