Change in new member nominations @ membership meeting.
Before the Meeting
Candidate: Recruit two current members that you know to submit with waiting list form.
At the Meeting
Members: **(2) Current sponsors will fill out waiting list form with all candidate’s info and give to the secretary prior to the meeting. The secretary has the form.
- Sponsoring (2) Members introduce nominee for membership.
- Nominee talks about themselves.
- (New part) Member nominations will be voted on at the next quorum meeting.
- The list of sponsored names will be sent with the meeting minutes for review to the membership via email
- At the Next quorum meeting, members will vote on each nomination. If accepted, and invoice will be sent to the address provided to the secretary from the waiting list form.
